A two-day masterclass which provides an introduction to the science of strengths, happiness and well-being, covering the most important elements of Positive Psychology. Over two highly engaging and practical days, we will show you how to increase your well-being by integrating Positive Psychology interventions into your personal and professional development.

Your masterclass will be facilitated by Miriam Akhtar (MSc MAPP) and Bridget Grenville-Cleave (MSc MAPP, MBA, FCCA),  two of the UK’s leading Positive Psychology trainers and founder members of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and the International Positive Psychology Association.

Miriam designs and delivers positive psychology programmes for the health and education sectors and coaches people on a one-to-one basis. She co-presents the best-selling self-help CD, The Happiness Training Plan and is one of the keynote speakers at the 2010 Bristol Happiness Lectures. Bridget  is co-author of The Happiness Equation: 100 Factors which Can Add to or Subtract from Your Happiness. With almost 20 years experience in business, she specialises in organisational and personal change management. Both Miriam and Bridget are regular contributors to Positive Psychology News Daily, the world’s first online journal devoted to positive psychology issues and applications
